Tuning and Pitch Raise

A tuning will set your piano’s pitch back to the standard A-440. If the piano is too far above or below this, it may require a pitch adjustment. I use a professional grade ETD (electronic tuning device), and I use aural checks for accuracy to ensure the temperament and stretch of the octaves sound the best they can.
Every client receives a complimentary inspection report for their piano!
Standard Tuning: $100 ($75 for Bedford Residents)
Pitch adjustment: adds $40 to the tuning
$1/mile for each mile outside of 25 miles. Example: your home is 30 miles from me. You will pay $100 for a tuning, plus $5 for the mileage.
Repair and Reguation

A repair such as replacing hammers, various felts and cloths, broken strings, etc. I’m happy to give a free estimate for any repair that I am capable of doing.
Cost of repair varies by circumstance. Contact me for a free estimate.
Regulation will put your piano’s touch and feel back to that of factory. Over time, felts compressing and humidity fluctuations can cause actions to feel “sloppy” or uneven.
Cost of regulation varies depending on the extent of regulation being done. Contact me for more information.
Local Piano Moving

Pianos are very heavy, and caution should be used when moving one. It takes experience and knowledge to know how to safely and efficiently move a piano.
Cost to move a piano varies based on location, stairs/steps, size of piano, upright vs grand, etc. Cost to move a small spinet piano starts at $400, while a small grand piano starts at $600. Contact me for a free estimate!
